Designed with natural materials and clean lines, the "upside-down" layout places living spaces on the second floor to capture sweeping views of Long Bay, while cooler, private bedrooms sit below. Oversized sliding doors and expansive windows flood the home with natural light, highlighting the seamless connection between the indoors and the surrounding landscape.
Thoughtful details abound, from quartz countertops and sealed concrete floors to custom-built vanities and furniture crafted from tropical hardwoods like Bolivian walnut and sapele. The home features cement-plaster finishes, tongue-and-groove cypress ceilings, and high-end Cumaru and teak decking. Warm, recessed lighting paired with Edison-style bulbs creates a soft, inviting ambiance, blending luxury with the beauty of natural materials.
